Your church is responsible for what it chooses to enter, download, share, retain, or remove.
No emergency use
TendWell is not an emergency, crisis-response, mandatory-reporting, or medical-record system.
Downloaded files
Files saved from TendWell need careful storage and timely deletion when no longer needed.
Accounts
Invite only trusted people and give each person only the access needed for the work.
Security reports
If you discover a privacy or security concern, report only what is necessary and do not open or change data that does not belong to you.
